Bill Schuhlein

Bill Schuhlein is a Fortune 500 keynote speaker, a former executive at FedEx, Siemens and Canon, and a Certified Master Hypnotist whose work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, decision-making, and leadership transformation.

Bill began his career as a field engineer on high-speed electromechanical systems, then spent decades as an executive inside large organizations, watching capable leaders repeat the same costly decisions. Today he shows leaders the unconscious patterns behind those decisions, and how to change them.

He is the founder of "the energy of WILL" and creator of the R.E.N.E.W.™ method (Recognize, Engage, Navigate, Evolve, Win), a five-step approach that helps leaders at every level recognize and change the patterns holding them and their teams back. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and the Florida Speakers Association.
